Book Club Summary

Rain cover the sky as it dripped down the side of the basement.Henry Sugar sat there bored from the rain. Suddenly, his friends busted through the polished wooden door. Holding a new pack of cards they had just purchased. They pulled up a set and started to deal the cards. Once they had three separate piles set up Henry Sugar explained that there was four people and only three piles. One announced. "we'll have to grab some straws. I'll be right back." As he left the basement in a hurry. Then came back with four all uneven straws in his hand. Once they had all pulled out there straws it was Henry's turn. One hand crossed he pulled a skinny black dotted little straw. "Damn not again" he said disappointedly. He stood up and walked out.

As he wandered off in the distance he spotted a little room at the end of the corridor. As he peaks through the funny door frame he notest all the books standing neatly in their holders. Henry Sugar didn't really like to read these old books. But he had a look around anyway. After a little while he got bored again. So he headed for the exit. Suddenly, something caught his two eyes a little thin book. How unusual he thought to himself. He turned around and slid it out of its holder. and sat down to have a read. Henry started by reading the first page but every time he read he wanted to read more. So he did. By the time he had finished the book he was mind blowin.

" A yogi that can see without his eyes." he muttered to himself dreamily. He set to work training himself to be a yogi. Sometimes he wouldn't even leave his apartment. Soon after that he decided to try see if he could see through a playing card. after two whole minutes he could just see the outline of an ace. It was impossible but he could do it. two months later he could do it in four seconds. Soon after that he went to every casino in the country and sent the money to his orphanages set up all over the world. Soon after that he died but his miracle still is out there.

Lockdown has saved lives.

Lockdown has saved lives. If we didn't lockdown more people would have died and be more stressed out. Most businesses were shut down. This cost a lot of money. The government gave money to business and Owners had a chance to stop and think about new projects. Lockdown has affected many people's lives. This has allowed people to spend quality time with family.

It's called Guacamole!

My avocado joke story.
Dadcado sits there patting his ripe brown belly. He turns his head to face his wife and says. " Do you know what it is like to have a car that looks like a fruit?".  Mumcado shakes her head and rolls her eyes, behind her sunglasses.  Dadcado answers his own joke "I say, but at least I avocado.".  Dadcado roars with laughter.
